1. Tournament Entry Fees
Payments for match entries are strictly non-refundable once you have joined a match and the payment is processed.
If a tournament is cancelled by Cash Battle before it begins, a full refund of the entry fee will be credited to your wallet.
2. Technical Issues
In cases where technical issues on our platform prevent you from participating in a tournament you've joined, you may be eligible for a refund. Contact support with proof of the issue within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for issues caused by your internet connection, device performance, or third-party game servers.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method or Cash Battle wallet within 3-5 business days.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your transaction ID and details of the issue.
